1. About us
This website, dietgear.in, and the Diet Gear brand are operated by Grella Industries ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
Diet Gear sells food and health supplements, including effervescent tablets, tablets and capsules. Please read the label before use and follow the directions on the pack. Product images are for illustration; the pack you receive may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees. Your total, including taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you confirm your order. Price changes apply to future orders only. If an obvious pricing or product information error is found, we will contact you before we fulfil the order.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example because of stock, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, an invalid address, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any related delivery charge.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Genuine products
Every Diet Gear pack carries a unique code. You can check it at https://verify.dietgear.in. We are not responsible for products bought from sellers we have not authorised.
7. Your account
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
8. Website content
All content on this website, including the Diet Gear name, logo, pack designs, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse it without permission.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be heard by the courts and consumer forums that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
