Where we deliver
We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. Delivery depends on your address and courier coverage. We do not ship outside India through this website.

When your order leaves us
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received. Sundays, public holidays and payment or stock checks can add time.

How long delivery takes
Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges
Any delivery charge, discount or free shipping offer is shown at checkout before you pay. We never add a hidden compulsory charge after you confirm your order.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details by email or SMS.

Address and delivery problems
Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange the next step.

Damaged parcels
If the outer box looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos before opening and tell us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.
